What Is Hospice?
Hospice is an all encompassing sercie that provides palliative care and supportive service to patients, their families and significant others. Services are provided during the last 6 months of life and are offered 24 hours a day. Hospice addresses the physical, social, spiritual, and emotional care of an individual during the last stages of illness, during the dying proces, and during bereavement.

Do I Or My Loved One Need Hospice?
If you or a loved one, or even close friends have any life limiting illness please give us a call so we can come up with a plan to assist you. If your primary physician thinks its time to consider hospice we will be here for you every step of the way. Here are a few signs that you may be eligible.

Increased weakness or fatigue​

Decline in cognitive status

Progressive weight loss

Dysphagia

Increasing pain, difficulty controlling pain

Increasing dyspnea

Multiple hospitalizations, frequent trips to the ER

Rapid disease progression regardless of treatments

Our goal of hospice care is to assist the patient in achieving the highest quality of life possible during their trying times. We will accomplish this by taking a holistic approach to the care of the patient and family by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit.
